Have you ever tried House Flipper? That and Powerwash Simulator are what I usually turn to when I don't want to deal with all the other parts of Stardew. House Flipper has a little more room for creativity, where Powerwash Simulator is more straightforward

I'm confused by your last sentence. Isn't Rolex still independent? And it seems like others are too, like Audemars Piguet, Chopard, F.P Journe, etc...

Right now on Steam, you can get Balatro, Slay the Spire, Stardew Valley and the Civ V complete bundle for a grand total of $66.02. That's a few thousand hours sorted right there.

The Munch show at the Harvard Art Museum is great if you haven't seen it yet! A very interesting look into his artistic process. Although where you are now probably has a slightly better collection of his work :)
