Different varieties are picked at different times. Their website should tell you which apples are being picked atm and it should also let you know which are for eating, which are for stewing/apple sauce, and which are good for baking. At least if it’s a big enough place

Try cooking the apples first until tender and drain off all but 1/4 cup of the liquid. Cool. Then proceed as recipe says.

Doing drugs in public around children should be a crime and categorized as child abuse and victimization. Those who do that should be carted off to prison irregardless of their addiction. They can dry out in a prison cell over the 10 years they are in there
