Ist aber easy: drei Impfungen garantieren lebenslangen Schutz, keine Auffrischung nötig. Perfekt!
Bei Cholera, Gelbfieber sehe ich für mich kein Risiko.

There you are wrong. Do you know how many huge server farms for AI and Cloud Services have been and are currently being built in Europe, especially in Germany around Frankfurt (big nternet node!)?
US AI companies are here already, just not with their HQs and profits.
No taxes paid in Europe either!
