Key result 3: Attitude shifts are strongly linked to labor-market plans. Mothers in the treatment group were 18% more likely to plan increases in working hours. These shifts are notably stronger among mothers with access to childcare or partner involved in childcare. (Table 4) 📋

Key result 2: The intervention also shifted mothers’ own attitudes towards a more liberal view on maternal employment (effect size ~25% of the control group mean). Effect more pronounced for mothers overestimating the conservativeness around them and those with overall moderate attitudes (Fig. 3+4)
