There is a reason they are waiting until December. The College students from the 2 major universities in Tallahassee will be gone, and will not be able to add to the numbers of protesting at the Capitol.

Also, fat free, or sugar free cool whip or generic, ALL work great in this pie. ALSO, I have used peppermint cool whip and added crushed candy canes on top which is also really good. Other chocolate will work, I've made it with dollar store chocolate before, it's good, but NOT Hershey's GOOD.
