Alas, around 11 pm EST there were enough dems to help them vote to kill the filibuster. Looks like dems have caved. The eight defectors. Not that I wanted the government shut down, I just can’t take the murders denying affordable healthcare. I still think the American people should file treason.

Well, I predicted T rump would use the tanks he had at his birthday parade against the American people- that was why he brought them all to DC. Turns out ICE is just as nasty if not more so than a tank!

I wish! It’s hard to imagine what it’s going to be like. As a nurse, I started back when insurance companies were allowed for profit. It had been non profit before 1968. Now the profits are uncontrolled as is most of our country!

And destroying the economy isn’t going to change their ability to find dissenters - part of Ice’s strategy- to quelch dissent. While military gets bigger. The oligarchs just buy their way into good graces with T rump.

That and shutting down all opposition as ICE now has the ability to find anyone who disagrees with Trump and use their smart phone to grab them, to listen in, etc. they essentially can track everyone thanks to all the info stollen by DOGE.

They have no heart. It’s hard to imagine growing up without friends. All ICE are appearing to be sick morally and have no compassion. Hard to relate to and it just keeps happening. Thanks for your post.

They are out of control. What kind of mind does the things they do is an enigma to me. They must not married or have children. Something was off in their family.
