The waiver agreement that was predated for agencies to give to those that opted into the DeRP makes the employees forever waive their rights to make any claim in any venue, and for what? Paid time off that is not actually guaranteed? What kind of consideration is that? (2/2)

It's a daily nightmare. Federal employees should not dread logging in each day, wondering if they will see an email letting them know they've been let go....due to performance....after a stellar performance review. That's only one of the nightmares. (1/2)
