After the diagnosis of EAS, it was sent out for Foundation One. They found EWSR1::NFATC2, and this is a superb example of this novel, distinctive osseous vascular neoplasm. They seem to have potential to recur locally and there is a report of a metastatic one. Nice paper by a former fellow

Very nice example of ES on the "blander" end of the spectrum. Beware mesenchymal lesions in the hand/feet!
