things can be better
Maybe try a more uhhh, strong flavor? I bought arrabiata sauce once and that definitely doesn't taste like nothing.

isn't it kind of misleading to combine things funded by (afaict, spotter) and owned by (afaict, electrify) private equity?

for instance [deleted reply] seemed to think that mr beast isn't owned by himself, whereas afaict spotter just purchases rights to back catalog. maybe i misunderstood.

gif is soooo cool. too bad browsers don't support them properly because people r Stupid.

For instance, you can have a gif layer things on top of each other (animations are just this + a delay), so you could have a common background that gets shown, then 0ms delay, then frontground. Amazing! A tier!

is there a particular reason you didn't `git bisect` the issue? I'm sure knowing the commit that introduced it would be helpful!

(I would comment on the GitHub issue but probably there's just some obvious reason that doesn't work...)

I was surprised that SFO has a balcony so you can be outside. Very nice addition!

Chad gas stations charging less for cash vs monopolistic grocers charging everyone interchange fees because there's no competition...

Oh no, it actually only takes 1 second! stackoverflow.com/a/19441512

Anyways, I think CI time is fine to spend on silly tests as long as developers can run a fast subset of tests locally.

- Unfortunately connecting to an unused port takes 2 seconds to time out on Windows...
- Unfortunately `pip` has a bug on Windows + PyPy which causes caching of dependencies to reliably fail when they get updated.

I like a strategy of marking tests as slow then having `--run-slow` in CI only.

reactions to first idea: transit oriented development?!? I have to admit my first thought was en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Microdi... though (which isn't the same)

I do kind of think it would be easier to make cities nice than make suburbs work...

Ironically this is kinda mentioned in ziglang.org/learn/overvi...

> Zig is better at using C libraries than C is at using C libraries.

Such a weird line though.

pytest plugins run before importing your module, so you can patch it there (if you want it patched just once)

Otherwise maybe you could change the implementation of `flag_is_active` to be patchable? Like it just calls `_flag_is_active` or something and you patch that? IDK.
