Had to disengage for a bit cause this is getting too crazy but there are times to get fired up. And I’m ready. And will take breaks to keep sanity.
We live in a world where things are thrown at us constantly on TV, on the phone, on your watch. It doesn’t end.
We all need to give ourselves time to rest without feeling guilty.
