I think most people are intuitively aware of this but something like the official White House account posting an “ASMR” video of shackled immigrants is not just cruel for its own sake, it’s intentional envelope-pushing to ramp up to desensitization over inhumane detention, camps, and deaths

I’ve got my Mam who’s got cancer, and she’s worried about not being well enough to do dinner or get the decs up. For me, I’m not bothered

Sooooooooo house is a tip cos my uncle decided to help out with decorating- which is kind of him but doesn’t help in the clean up so we’re left with cleaning- she’s getting cancer treatment and now I’m not well… it’s too much… 😔
