I finished Ugly Steve, and he actually turned quite lovely. My beloved child-gremlin-critic disagreed, so I added some silk flowers as a compromise.

Well, I messed up masking off the eyes and had to completely recolor them, but I think I can finally appreciate how it all worked out.

Mystic Chihuahua is looking a little bit more fox-like, and if you feel at all like booping the snoot I have accomplished my goal.

I used cat skull proportions for the foam base, but accidentally made the snoot too long and tried to BS my way to fantasy-fox instead of just cutting it down to size.

Had to seal off some things with modge-podge before painting, so today's mantra is "Keep calm and trust the process" >.>

Ps. If you ever have to put a base coat of the podge, mix in a spot of arcrylic paint so you can see where the hell you're slapping it on.
