My first Chicken Pot Pie 🥧 Never had one before, only saw them as part of American Cuisine on TV and online. Crimping is not my thing but it turned out pretty good, I think 🙃 🍜🍽️

Haven’t been feeling okay in the past few days, actually been struggling for months now and cooking has been a big distraction, but today just opted for quick comfort food (for me, at least) and fried some shrimp paired with cheesy corn 🍽️🍜

Made a bunch of pumpkin pie slices with my homemade cinnamon salted caramel, hoping to sell them this weekend (and possibly every oct-nov weekends) cause I’ve had some extraordinary expenses lately and my freelance gigs have been very, very slow 🥲 wish me luck guys 🍜🍽️🎃

Every year for the past 4 years or so I’ve baked my own version of pumpkin pie for others. A cookie crust and salted caramel… Might make a comeback later this week. Need to start making that caramel. It’s my favorite pie ever, after all. 🍽️

Spinach Artichoke chicken roulade. The breading didn’t really wanna be there - yet it was a hearty lunch 🍽️ And my very basic salad cause ya girl isn’t a fan of salads but is dieting for health reasons.

My take on green eggs and ham. A green frittata with bacon. 🥑🥓🍳✨ It’s got mushrooms, cheese, avocado and culantro (not to be mistaken with cilantro). Topped with cream cheese cause I like it cheesy here. 🍽️ It’s weird, it’s tasty. And nutritious, me thinks. Making Dr. Seuss proud?

Made Pastelón today (ripe sweet plantain and beef casserole) before my plantains went to waste. It’s cheesy and turned out delicious, if I do say so myself. Never made it before but tried my best with what I had available.
