No need for rail on ships.

It's fireworks time in NZ. Fireworks should have a noise level rating, so we can no longer import the bangers and whistlers. The govt have band crackers, sky rockets and sparklers (?)
So why not have a max noise rating. It would be better than banning all fireworks.

The New Zealand corporate income tax (CIT) rate is 28%.

(blue arrows) $1554m - $1577m tax paid = $33million refund

I'm not sure the correct way to work out how much tax they paid.
