Now I am Bummed Out

It doesn't fucking matter to these people what AI will do just so long as it saves them money. Who cares if a model has bias? Who cares if it's connected to several deaths and has created a new category of psychosis? I can fire my employees and use this machine that'll always tell me yes.

Putting aside the fact that genAI is a plagiarism machine and horrible for the environment (both very important points), it's ridiculous to expect that corporations will care about using this shit ethically. We've already seen ChatGPT encourage and support suicide.
