It was pretty great. My 11yo spoke to the estimated 4K people gathered. Happy to engage if anyone actually wants to learn something and not spew bs they picked up “doing their own research” instead of listening to every major medical association.

We should all be trying to emulate the bravery and self-awareness of trans people, not fear them. That starts with educating ourselves about their experience. Do a little of that today, please. If not for yourself, then for all the trans and non-gender-conforming humans in my life.

We should all be trying to emulate the bravery and self-awareness of trans people, not fear them. That starts with educating ourselves about their experience. Do a little of that today, please. If not for yourself, then for all the trans and non-gender-conforming humans in my life.

Trans people are trans because they must be. They don't decide to be trans -- they realize they are trans. And everyone should understand that becoming more of the person you were meant to be is what we should all want.
