First, they want us to cut our in-office lobby traffic by 50%. That’s it. They gave zero guidance on exactly HOW they expect us to control how many people walk in our fucking door every day, just told us to do it. OK cool. Well the problem with that is that WE DON’T CONTROL THE PUBLIC!!!!

So like, I dunno what they even expect us to do with that except laugh in their fucking faces. Also, we literally can’t even DREAM of doing that until DHS starts issuing SSNs to work permit and green card holders again since they stopped in March or April for a “90 day pause” that never ended. So.

That one isn’t gonna fucking happen and I’m sure they’ll make it our fault somehow. Second expectation is that we have to have an 80% answer rate on the phone lines and all calls have to be answered within 5 minutes. Again, this is really hard to do, if not impossible, without a fuckton more staff.
