40s aren't too bad, especially since the wind died down.

We clean our own court office. 🫠 Thankfully, no toilets. And the hours are better now. But there are still people screaming/fighting a foot away while I'm trying to do a task, so that much hasn't changed.

I'm trying to start wearing my favorite color more.

The whole thing feels wildly unfair to our clients. Repeated trips to court, attorneys routinely having to direct/cross on the fly, and how insulting it must feel to only be given 15-30 minutes at a time to argue against what is usually a haphazardly written complaint.

It's one of the most inefficient court practices I have seen in my life.

And we've been told to stay on top of our calendars because all the newbies inevitably accidentally schedule 3 trials to start on the same day.
