Humans are easily duped as well🤷🏽‍♀️. These models can accomplish complex tasks but it’s the really simple things they struggle with. Karpathy had a nice write up about it. wouldn’t be surprised if this paradox is solved soon— the self awareness part, who knows. Also see demos re:Deepseek reasoning.
