Agreed, I've had the same thought that BLT should have been a non-album single. Doesn't feel like it integrates into the tracklisting (to my ear) as well as, say, Perfect Kiss on Low-Life. Did not know that about Dream Attack... very interesting, but also makes sense from the words.

Those albums are crying out for proper reissues like Gronland did with the Neu! catalogue, Harmonia, and Rother solo albums. Maybe there's a rights issue or something like that holding things back...

Agreed. "All Day Long" somehow seems to fly under the radar, perhaps overshadowed by "BLT"? That end section is just incredible, yet I rarely see it mentioned. No arguments from me about b-side of Technique, near-perfect run of songs ending with another of my faves, "Dream Attack."

Yeah, it's really tough to pick one from those four... Brotherhood, for example, is hard to go past just for "All Day Long." Technique is the one I come back to the most though. Even the tracks you rarely hear people mention like "Love Less" are just superb.

Likely an unpopular opinion, but this is their best album for me, the perfect blend of all the different aspects of New Order. It all comes together beautifully on tracks like Run – that breakdown in the middle... perfection.

Don't think I've ever seen a copy on vinyl firsthand, reissue or original, so that's a great find. Surely long overdue a reissue, along with definitive versions of the La Dusseldorf catalogue...

Fake History was a good read, wasn't aware of Fake Heroes, will have to check that out...
