I took my 9 yo to see Toto this evening. I hugged him tight whilst he sang Africa at the top of his voice. Brought tears to my eyes. A perfect moment of joy.

Just completed my last outdoor swim of the year. My first sub 6degrees. Made all the better for Christmas presents of gloves and socks for swimming in.
