We are quietly confident that secondary legislation will be brought in pretty swiftly to "trigger" key sections in the L&F R act 2024.
Although this does not outright ban leasehold it should make it less attractive and protect Leaseholders more. 🤞

The Stokes Partnership (bought out by Everys solicitors in 2022) did the successful conveyancing of a couple of Commonhold estates (England) over a decade ago; both seem to have been successfully set up
