I am so sad that Christopher Hood has died. He was the most brilliant Professor of Public Administration, a giant in the field, yet unbelievably modest & unassuming. I am honoured to have had him as a PhD supervisor & to have written The Tools of Government in the Digital Age with him, in 2007. RIP.
