If it’s not feeling right or makes you feel sad, it’s time to pivot and move on. Change is inevitable and always brings new possibilities.

On Saturday almost 1,000 walkers came together to remember their loved ones, many who are currently or have been in LOROS’ care. It’s always a joyful and emotional day and I love being a part of the team that makes it all possible. #twilightwalk #hospicecare #community #teamwork

A couple of weeks ago, I spent two days sorting out at my dad’s shed. I found some old photo albums I hadn’t seen before. Some of the photos, of my parents before they married, are totally mesmerising and beautiful.

A lovely evening yesterday at the county cricket ground with my boys, and was lucky to be invited into hospitality too. Great result from the Foxes against their local rivals.

My aunt has always looked out for me and my siblings especially since losing my mum. Years of gifts and love. I’m so thankful for that. This latest gift of a miner drawn by her using pastels is definitely a favourite I shall treasure always. What a talent too.
