Interesting! In Shetland a tiffin is sweet slice often made with chocolate bars ie mars bar tiffin which is like a mars bar slice. I'm wondering about the etymology of the word now.

I'm working my way through this article and it's really interesting how the rights holders are arguing their case regarding when the term started in the US with Tintin.

I should rewatch this as I actually saw it before I saw Philadelphia Story. I remember Sinatra being totally amazing in it. And Grace Kelly stealing scenes with her breathtaking outfits and charm. Like Monroe, she’s a great comedic actress. Not just in this but also Hitchcock’s To Catch a Thief.
