I had a dentist that had a great playlist, chosen by her, I loved every single song that came on. She said "I can turn it off if you want" and I said absolutely not cause I'm terrified of going to the dentist and singing along in my head was helping me relax.

It's been pretty aggressive this season, take care of yourself and, if you can, prepare for a day or two in bed by cooking a few simple meals in advance and getting medication you might need. Feel better soon! 🤗
