The White Crows are a criminal group led by Mother aka Mrs. Calinao (first pic), an esteemed researcher who's a mad scientist behind the scenes.

Some members are:

Rika and The Crow (daughter and adopted dad)
Lady V (great strategist and Mother's daughter)
Agent Eleven (known as the 11 pm assassin)
Illustration of Mother / Mrs. Calinao. She's a rich and well known researcher studying a mineral called uswiacite. She's the owner of "Lab 2" and founder of the White Crows. She claims humanity is sick, but, thankfully, she found the "cure". Ink illustration of Rika and The Crow. The Crow is the person that operates the White Crows activities while Mother is not present. Rika is the second White Crow the audience gets to see, she's Zero's business partner and chose The Crow as her father. One day she hopes to make him happy by becoming a great successor. Daughter of Mother / Mrs. Calinao, Lady V is the main antagonist of the now ending Vei4 Arc 1. She was the one behind the fashion week disaster. Lady V was of the originary White Crows members along with Yu-he, Yu-no, Yu-me, Rika and Zero. Agent Eleven is a sniper who hides their identity for safety. It all started when police started calling them "the 11 pm assassin", nickname Eleven liked so much that it became a core part of their identity.

I can't make timelapses on my laptop but I managed to put together the process for this illustration, for both you and Helen of the future
Step 1: Rough sketch Step 2: "lineart" (for most illustrations I don't do clean linearts, they're sketch lines) Step 3: Light test to see if I'm doing something stupid or not Step 4: Base colors Step 5: Render + Red color layer Step 6: Blue multiply layer + red lighting & reflections Step 7: Background and overpainting sketchy lines and mistakes Step 8: Gradient map (my beloved ♡)

Tested the orange layer trend with the heel trend
The same drawing Helen is quoting but with the trending orange layer. It consists of duplicating the final drawing and clipping a layer with just orange to the copy on top, Luminosity/Add mode. Then merge the orange layer to the copy. After that, set the new layer to Hard Light and fix the opacity. From my experience it doesn't work well with darker illustrations, use it for illustrations with bright or ambient lighting.
