Yesterday at my doctor's appointment, which is in a medical building, I could count on one hand the number of people who wore masks, despite a notification encouraging them to do so!
Even the nurses are maskless.
Thankfully, my doctor always wears one and thanks me ⬇️

The kids are heading over, I’m cooking dinner, and listening to Christmas music. Josh Grobin comes on singing “Believe,” and I have a total meltdown.

This afternoon, it took me a casual 29 minutes to drive 27 miles from home to Culver City.

I purchase many of the items regularly, and I was shocked by how much prices have risen in just a week!
The scary part is that, with SNAP benefits ending for the immediate future, it's only going to get worse.⬇️

We can't always avoid triggers. But when you're aware, you can plan appropriately and ground yourself in advance.
