Realistically, rearing is uncommon. It’s a lot of work for the horse. If something scares him, a sideways jump, stopping dead, or galloping off in a random direction for 100 yards or so is a lot more likely. If the gallop is under trees, dismounting to keep from getting brained by branches works.

If it’s period, it’s unlikely to have a horn. That’s only US Western saddles. Depending, it may have a high pommel which would work just fine to keep reins in place.

If reins are hooked over the pommel they will probably stay just fine. If they are connected to the bit with a snap one rein will just come off if pulled on. Snaps are used by trail and endurance riders so that the rains can be unsnapped from the bit and snapped to the halter for tying or ponying.

I am rural and had radio frequency Internet, via a small local company. My sister outside of Reno also uses it. My county has been very proactive about getting rural broadband grants so now I have fiber.

Legally, you don’t have to unlock your phone. That doesn’t mean they can’t give you a really bad time for not doing it.
