Now, he was no Kelleher. And yeah, you have to be mentally tough to be a keeper. But who would you be more likely to play your heart out for: people who supported you through a tough time or fair-weather fans who turned on you when you messed up?

Everyone makes mistakes, but when keepers do, it usually results in a goal. Our defense had a few mistakes and they either recovered, or Kev saved their butts. I saw what we as a fanbase did to Karius. It shook his confidence so much that he kept making more and more mistakes.

The best thing we can do is get behind Kelleher and support him through this. He's already going to hear it from coaches, teammates, the media, and fans of other teams. The only thing he should hear from the Liverpool family is support. (2)
