I'm so sorry for your loss. I lost my wife after 28 years of marriage to mental illness. She was my soulmate and I still miss her every day. She died 15 years ago. If it's any comfort, the pain and grief never fully goes away, but it does get easier to manage with time. Be kind to yourself. xx

Unable to say how Australia is travelling re trans rights until after our upcoming federal election. The boat seemed stable, but hit a few submerged snags in the last few weeks and don't know yet if we are taking on water.

I hope blue state governors have some plans about mobilising their national guard and seizing federal armouries in their states. I can't see any other way but civil war if you guys want to keep your democracy at this stage. I hope I'm wrong.
