Haven’t had time to read it yet. My fav is the fight with Grendel’s mother. As an author I admire the storytelling there. Haven’t got the Heany, but prefer Chickering to Tolkien. Even if the latter was my ”in” to Beowulf. Got my first Swedish translation too. Just to have one 😊
