Right and if you don't have menu items "on today" don't have them on the boards!!! Especially if the vegi options don't exist... I've wasted hours trying to find veg options at events only to get to ordering when they say "ah, we could do without the chicken...but we're out of falafel or halloumi"

Or we could make winter working hours 10-4 so like our ancestors we could do less and slow down in the darker days

No what you have to do is go out into the world and find what it is ...if you go without, that final shop selling a second hand guitar or a perfectly crafted/hand made spectacle frame or exquisite bunch of exactly the flowers you wanted .... WON'T BE THERE FOR YOU, OR THE NEXT PERSON....
