Actually not *that* bad, quite time consuming, and sorta day-warping trying to be at my PC and free for as many weather windows as possible, but the changes to gatherer missions really made them at least *as* manageable as crafting, FSH was a bit rough which was upsetting but I got there!

An old boss and mentor of mine, one of the finest people and minds I've ever known, once semi-jokingly told me that destruction followed me everywhere I went, and despite the lack of any malice in it at all that remark has haunted me ever since. I'm just poison to almost everything I touch.

Right now there's a reason to farm tomestones and DF is on life support, the quality of player in roulettes is rock bottom, the queues are bad, people I play with who are far less invested than me are noticing it now too 'cause it's impossible not to.

I'm 100% moving to Light before the next expansion if nothing is said about it soon, I'll give up my house and FC to not have to travel and lose access to retainers, the moon etc every time I want to do literally any content. It's fucking ludicrous.

Thought of another dumb meme/video stinger I want to make so I'll find some time for that this week. I stream to pretty much nobody and that's fine, it's largely just to have a VOD to review and an excuse to make dumb shit, still make myself cackle with some of them so it's all worth it.

In I go, tank stance on, "Hi folks, first time sorry for any fuck ups!" in chat, press middle mouse to run forwards and...just didn't stop. Still not sure how. Ran right off the far edge of the platform to my death. I was crying with laughter, couldn't breathe, so hilariously anti-climactic.

It was/is my first MMO and I almost quit immediately upon discovering I had no option but to run dungeons with strangers early on. I spent all night just trying to savour all of the good the game had already brought me when at about 7/8am the queue popped!

Leaves only two fish from the recent patch's offerings, one I've not had a chance to even try for yet, the other I tried for once last night and had no luck, been real slow this time around since I've been raiding and doing other stuff so much but I'll always try and find time for fishing #ffxiv
