I hate this administration but… the OCSPP is going to have to spend at least 30 months reconsidering this rule under narrow workplace protection & conditions of use requirements. Even if they can find supporting evidence to revise the rule… it won’t result in significant chrysotile production or use

And we know he personally stands to benefit from the pork in the bill (provisions limiting AI regulation & constraining judicial functioning) & the reason we would even need to increase debt ceiling is to extend ultra-wealthy tax breaks.
