THAT'S A VERY GOOD REASON!!! kazuha is just worried about losing another person who is dear to him, but heizou is stubborn and gets defensive about it, which leads to an emotional argument about it bc they're both passionate about it. i'd be pleased if this was the reason tbh

i agree that seeing them get into a big argument would be very interesting bc they usually avoid conflict unless it's something really bad, so for them to get to that point... it has to be heated and important. i want to say it won't end like alhaitham and kaveh, but they're taking their time apart
