⚡️ Ukraine plans to create Cyber Forces under the Armed Forces of Ukraine, with the ability to recruit cyber reservists without military status, per a new bill in Parliament. The Cyber Forces will report to the Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces and politically to the President.
