It's that time again! 🎉✍️💌 We are open for submissions for Issue 6! Poetry, Prose (short stories, flash), creative nonfiction, hybrid work, art and photography. This is a themed issue.

We are open for submissions Feb 1-Feb 29 for Issue 6, to be published on April 15. This issue is guided by the theme of education, specifically the idea that we are all still learning. We are looking for pieces that get at something learned or taught, in whatever way you see fit to tie into the broad theme. We'd love to see more photography and art pieces this time as well. Send us your wonderful work!

Our newest issue is a poignant reminder to take notice. From ancient ruins to your own backyard, these pieces bring us face-to-face with the world and with ourselves. Take your time with each work, and remember to pause and breathe when needed.
In this issue, we are reminded to notice the world around us, to confront not only the joys, but also the shadows, the uncomfortable. The pieces in Issue 5 reflect this and deal with what we do in those moments and experiences that bind us together, or may break us. Especially in the wake and ongoing reality of the conflict in Israel and Gaza, we need reminders that, though life is hard, when the inconceivable happens, we are not alone. We tell our stories so that others may hear them and be seen, be heard themselves.
