Hello Blue Sky! I am Heidy, award-winning podcast host, podcast producer, writer, wife, mom, and Daughter of Christ! I love books, podcasts, movies, music, learning, and tea. I have a cute little family who are my everything. And I am absolutely in love with my life. ♥️ Tell me about you? 😊
🎙️ Do you create this type of guest experience?

Many of my guests are stepping behind the mic for the very first time—so making them feel at ease is a top priority. Before we hit record, we always have a pre-show meeting and I send them the questions in advance.

The best thing you can do when starting something new is hiring someone to get you through the process. Why? Because everything has a cost, time or money and honestly, time is more valuable because you don't get time back. Money? You can make it back.

Carla shares how her mom, as a new immigrant, advocated for Carla to not be put in the 3rd grade again when they first moved to the US from Honduras.

Lazou went back to Canada to attend college, and since she was born in Canada she didn't have to pay international rates. This blew my mind because of how college tuition is here in the US.

When I tell ya'll I've learned so much from doing this podcast, I'm not kidding. Lazou is from Mauritius, it's a tiny island next to Madagascar. I had NO IDEA this country existed until Lazou and I connected. And before we recorded I had to Google the country to learn about it.
