I'm waiting for the Executive Order that says that ALL tariffs, from ALL countries, will be determined on a vessel by vessel basis, once the vessel is moored at its berth, and final clearance has been given by port authorities for cargo operations to begin. That oughta do it (thanks very much Ray).
