That’s very interesting. I used to run a lot on my own and was well motivated and enjoyed it (mainly due to Zombies Run! App) but after a period of illness and a house move I’ve found parkrun (walk) very motivating and the inclusivity & social side of it can’t be underestimated

Sounds great, you’ll get your good deed in early and can be as wicked as you like for the rest of the day, who doesn’t love new sheets and a bit of fun later 👍🏻
