It also sucks in general that my main coping mechanism involves becoming a recluse because I genuinely don't believe that I can be open about feeling negative and get any sort of support out of care instead of out of a sense of responsibility to do so.

I keep telling myself that when the anxiety of looking for a place to move I will feel better but I just don't see it happening. I don't think one single relief can just fix the despair I have in my future and the world in general. I can't just un-overthink.
