I struggle bc I’m already neurodivergent…I have super bad adhd and my therapist specializes in that so it’s hard for me to differentiate if it’s just adhd symptoms or autism since there’s so many similarities 😭 I get all confused

Like I legit cannot think or function if my hands are cold. I can’t touch anything. It icks me out. It makes it so I actually cannot even work and they like to keep my office freezer temperature at all times and don’t allow heaters at my desk so what else am I supposed to do 💀
