Rillettes aurait du spectacle si elle était du côté de chez nous entre les chats, les chiens, les écureuils et les renards urbains.
Celui ci qui est installé sur le lotissement est blasé des humains mais il se méfie encore des chiens. J'ai interrompu son petit dej ce matin.

This fox is becoming a regular encounter. It seems disappointed I bring no offerings.
An urban fox with dark markings on its limbs and on the side of it's nose and patchy Summer fur walking through a patch of grass. It has stopped and turned to look at the photographer and seems about to start a conversation about the weather.

I take it that in the usual "same shite, just in a different language" France is pushing through its own assisted dying bill right now and MPs are falling over themselves removing every already flimsy safeguard as the debate goes.

I'm going to be a conker when I grow up.
Horse chestnut flowers. They are clustered along a stem in a tapered shape. The petals are tiny, frilly and white with pink splodges and the stamen poke out giving the flowers a fluffy and delicate look which contrastS with the large leaves.

I don't know what they are called but you can have some pretty flowers from my walk to work if you need to rest your eyes and mind for a bit.

I'm not saying other flowers aren't pretty too but the camélia and narcisses in my garden really pack a punch on the colour front. The rest of the garden is a bit of a mess so we won't zoom out ;-) . #BloomScrolling

A row of cherry trees were planted to line a path in the local park. They aren't all the same variety so some are blooming and some are not quite there yet.

The council gardeners planted hellebores in the displays and they are quite beautiful.

Dandelion and anemones are out and doing their best to attract pollinators with their vivid yellow.

Bright yellow dandelion bloom. A smaller bloom is nestled behind it. They contrast the carpet of green leaves. Wild anemone blooms growing among a patch of ivy. They look very yellow against the dark green leaves.

The Shard at night always has a slightly menacing air.
