I know some people don’t always like swimming, especially during the winter, but it’s gonna take weight off that knee if you need some type of activity ❤️😭

Have you tried any indoor swimming workout therapy or pools? Usually a good alternative and takes the weight of your knees.

I rarely use YouTube now. The ads are killing me and I ain’t paying for youtube
