I grew up in Northern Jersey. In the 80s and early 90s my folks would throw parties with their friends. Every week at another person’s house. All types of Latinos, Ecuadorians, Colombians, Chileans, Dominicans, Mexicans you name it, if they spoke Spanish and could cook, they were at the party.
