those tall things with the plants growing on them are called supertrees, so they’re meant to be vertical gardens and they light up in flashes of different colours during light shows every night :/ i think that picture was just taken at the perfect moment where the lights flashed green unfortunately

im really sorry to burst your bubble but gardens by the bay does different themed displays every few months 😭 the last time they had a wizard of oz themed display was in 2018. taylor and travis visited it this year
