Paco has shaved front legs (for IVs) from the scare last wknd. He was able to open a bottle& then consumed 60 Rimadyl chewables. (I got back from matinee-saw ‘OBAA’) then raced him to ER vet: they got him to vomit, put him on fluids, kept him overnight. I like when he rests his paws on me. #bestie

Middle America sites on the road trip. I know I’m a “water person” because as soon as we approached the Bay, on a high bridge, with boats and barges below, I felt like, oh, I’m home. I will always live near water.

Took the #amtrak from Mobile to New Orleans this week. Visited the #nationalwwiimuseum for the first time. Remembered what patriotism felt like. I pray America can endure this current regime. I love my country though I feel apprehensive about her future as a democracy. We must overcome. We must.

I’m watching #msubobcats play in the FCS semifinal game in Bzn. Go Cats! This pic was taken a few yrs ago. West Yellowstone is usually the snow zone of SW MT. We didn’t have any in Bzn that December (like today’s warm temps.) so I hustled down the cyn. to see some ❄️. #winterwonderland #lastbestplace
