Civil only, not criminal? So in other words a victim could sue for damages, but there would never be the possibility of jail time?

I am furious with Dems tonight. FURIOUS. You may have voted no, but I believe this was a concerted effort by the party for the least vulnerable senators to fall on the sword. Why??? You had the majority of the public backing you and Trump ratings in free fall. And you all just gave up. UNBELIEVABLE.

I’ve been thinking the jobs reports aren’t making sense. Wonder what will happen to the stock market if it comes out that the numbers have been fudged? But the continued stock market climb also doesn’t make sense.
