I was in GT classes as a kid. One was GT US History and Social Studies, where I learned that the Civil War was fought over states rights and taxation. I was probably 24 when I learned that slavery was not a small side issue, but in fact was like... the whole issue.

As a realtor who works on both sides of the river, I find it hilarious. I hear all the time from clients that they want to move to the 'Couve for lower taxes, but although the states have very different approaches, the effective tax rates of Oregon and Washington are nearly identical.

I did in-home sales for 12 years, sitting down with 3 new groups of people a day for about 90 minutes each group. I left those homes liking about 95% of the people I met.

I've never had any interest either. I always figured I'd gain interest as I aged, but so far... nah. Might be because I come from a big family that I never had much in common with. Keeping track of just the ones that are alive is too much work.

I wonder if, in addition to the obvious misogyny involved in denying women pain and trauma relief for procedures, there is a homophobic component to the colonoscopy anesthesia...

My sellers had a Ring doorbell, and when the folks touring it walked up and saw that they had a basket with canned beverages for delivery people to take the guy said "Ew, they're definitely Democrats!" 😆 So thoughtful=Democrat. 🤷♀️

When they released the stills my first reaction was that Skarsgård is a bit more masculine than I pictured Sec Unit, but now that I'm able to see a little bit of him inhabiting the character I'm confident he'll be fantastic in the role.

I mean, one thing they're for sure doing is pooping. While I share your positive feelings for rats in general, as a real estate agent and landlord I can tell you that the cost of cleaning up a typical crawlspace that has been infested with rats is always in the thousands.
